Here is a great example of the American way, "People not taking responsibility for their own actions". It is all about suing everyone and blaming everyone else. You're being foreclosed on because your wife lost her job...it is not the fault of the mortgage company or lender?? You were able to get in to this loan with "Minimal" money down, but yet you want to complain about the fact you "didn't know about the closing costs. What about all of the application diclsoures you had to sign such as the good faith estimate that lists ALL of the fees? Are you going to say you don't remember signing them...or how about when you got to closing...no one had your arm behind your back saying you had to close. That was your choice! And please don't say.."we had no where to live" as there are plenty of apartments available to rent. With consideration you had bad credit...you should be grateful to even has the ability to be a homeowner. If this was 30 years ago, you would need 20% down and "Perfect" credit. So quit crying and own up to your own failures and quit blaming everyone else.

Hello, I used to work for this company early 2006. That broker you're talking about JJ left one day and never showed up - he packed and went to Vegas. Also, they passed over competent and productive female brokers for males - it was a real boy's game there. I think the managers (at least a couple of them) really thought they were helping people, but in the end - the bottom line (their cut) was most important. I am not surprised to read that Ohio is suing Bob Shepherd for leaving personal information of clients behind.
