Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Randall Noe makes false advertisement  to get you there and then they add more money to the price of the vehicle and then they blame it on there advertising department because they say there is no way they can sell there vehicles at the internet price . I'm telling you that you are waisting your time to deal with these people you're going to get screwed.

I had been looking into purchasing a new JEEP just doing the research and all to find out what I was getting into. It wasn't a matter of needing a new car just wanting something with better gas mileage. My family and I were on our way to Rockwall Dodge to look at the JEEP I had found on the internet. We were driving from Tyler so we were going thru Terrell anyways and that is where my 1st truck was bought when I was 16. I already had looked online and they really didn't have what I wanted at Randall Noe Terrell but I figured maybe not all was listed online. We stopped and it was automatically going in and filling out a credit report when we haven't even looked to see if they had anything I wanted. First of all I questioned why the same car on their website was $41,000 on the lot it was $55,000..."Where's the difference?" I asked. Salesman couldn't tell me why but we could go inside and talk about it. James the sales manager came in and offered to find me something that I wanted at the monthly cost I was looking for. Ok, this sounded great...biggest mistake of my life. I fell for it and he found me one that he could have there on the lot tomorrow (today was Mon). We get to finance where the guy was PUSHY from the start, kept trying to explain all these extra benefits of extended warranties. I kept saying no but he wanted to keep pushing on me. It got so bad I got up and walked out to get my keys to my BUICK I was trading in. The salesman automatically stopped me the he got the sales manager James. In the beginning James said his finance team could beat our alreay preapproved apr of 3.9% thru our credit union and he also got me to the monthly payment needed. When in finance after all said and done the monthly payment was higher and him beating our apr was by .01%!!! James begged for another chance, I gave in and agreed. I am sitting here on Wed evening with NO new car that I purchased. James told me that he would call the next day and touch base with me....he did not. I had to call him 2 times on Tues to find out what was going on. On Wed around 10 am salesman called to ask me what time would be convient for me to meet him with my new car. I told him 3:00, it was agreed and I would see him later. At 3:20 I had not heard from him, I called him and my car was not at the lot yet. He failed to call me and inform me of this so I was at his mercy waiting on him all day. It is now 6:40 pm and I still do not have my new car! This is the most horrific experience I have ever had!!! Obviously they have lost all self worth since my dad purchased from them in 1996.
