Randy Lowell (Randolph Lowell) Grey Creek Enterprises ripped off several in RI and CT.taking down payments totaling forty thousand dollars. Oscoda , Mikado Michigan
Between the years 2000 and 2003 Randy Lowell visited the New England area as a horsemanship trainer giving numerous clinics in the RI and CT area.
Late in the year 2003 Randy presented a design for a steel framed round pen cover to several horsemanship clients. He then accepted deposits from individuals for these buildings. The total was approx. $27,000.00.
He requested my husband supervise the building of these structures upon their arrival. After receiving notification by letter that our structure was complete we sent (per his request) a deposit of $11,000.00 in March of 2004. The letter gave specifics of price, dimensions, and indicated it would be forth coming. The building never arrived nor did the other three.
He has been verbally abusive to several of the involved paties over the phone. He has lied continually, laying out story upon story concerning the fictious buildings. He has dodged attempts to be contacted by phone, letter, and in person.
In Oct. of 2004 my husband traveled unannounced to MI to meet with Mr. Lowell. Upon his arrival Mr. Lowell was verbally abusive to my husband over the phone claiming to be out of town. It is known to us by phone records he was present in his Oscoda residence at the time of my husband's visit.
Only after my husband spoke with Mr. Lowell's girlfriend, Kelly Graham by phone, did he consent to allow my husband to see the so-called buildings. After a staged visit it was evident that there was only one builing and it was far from complete.
Mr. Lowell never met with my husband in person. He pointed to the engineering firm, Snyder & Staley as the cause of that delay. Since that time we have received several letters and phone messages all assuring us of delivery. There has never been a delivery. We fear legal fees would quickly surpass our current loss doubling the financial damage to our family.
Mr. Lowell was highly respected and trusted by the individuals who had dealings with him. We gave him accomodations and teaching opportunities at no charge off our farm. He ate at our table and got to know us as a family and then he ripped us off. Beware of Randy Lowell.
