ordered 5 kids GPS watches in early nov. 2016--not clear of the exact date-
credit card was charged 11/14 for 157.95
product not received as of 11.29. Notified company and requested cancellation as i no longer wanted the items.
11/30--from company--cannot cancel--order being processed--allow 5-9 days and accept 10% discount on next purchase.
12/7--received partial order--only 4 watches..requested when will i receive the balance watch as i wanted to return all of them at the same time to shave shipping which is my responsibility.
12/8--from rama--please send a photo of the watch i received.
12/8-- requested why do they need a photo of a product i did not receive. not understanding as my claim is about a missing product
12/9--from rama--without a photo, they cannot process a claim
12/12--response from rama after i sent photo of the 4 items i received. the requested that i return the items and they would issue a refund. my resspons back is that i had been charged with 5 watches so i wanted to return 5 watches for a full refund. no mention of the watch i had not received it was as if there was no talking about it.
12/12 from rama--they will be shipping my missing item As soon as possible. shipping within 3-5 business day.
12/16 from rama--need an additional 4-6 business days for shipping due to holiday rush

as of 1/16---company only honors returns for 30 days so now it is too late fore me to return the 4 watches i have received. I was waiting for the total order so that i cpould receive a total refund minus the shipping. 5 watches at 29.99/each=149.95. Si I hvae 4 watches I do not want and never received watch #5 and now it is too late to return the 4 as well as others hgave returned product and no refund issued.
