Rapid Tax Service is expensive, rude and unhelpful. I paid $34.99 for the wrong tax information. First of all I entered the information, the online system says I get a refund of $800.

I can not print the return from the site (no that would be too easy). They will email the return to you. After asking several times. I received a tax return with all the wrong information and stating that I owe $200.

When I asked them to explain, they wrote (because there is no phone number to contact them) it was my problem! They would not help and everytime I asked for an explanation John (the online customer agitator) kept stating that I need to correct it. How do I correct their system?!

To make a long story short, he refused to give me my money back and continued the smart remarks and rude comments. Rapid Tax Services SUCKS!! I hope they never receive another dollar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rrapid tax is most def an rip off i was suppost to recieve 901 in my account instead i got 176 in over charge i didnt recieve my full raxes cause they f*****  them up i will be in the in the am tearing some s*** up

You mention that you could not print your return directly from the site. This is for important security reasons. The email you received would have requested you to login to your individual account in order to access your completed return. Only then would you have been able to print your confidential documents.

At RapidTax, your privacy ranks foremost. We regret that our security requirements may have resulted in some confusion. Unfortunately we cannot, based solely on the content of your complaint, address the discrepancy
in the figures you quote. However, you should not hesitate to contact us and provide with the
necessary details to resolve your situation.
