Rapido Marine Rapido Marine Longblock 4.3 Liter blows rod at 70 hours Hollywood Florida
My 1997 twin Sundancer 290 has recent twin 4.3 liters longblocks from Rapido Marine (about 18 months old). One has already blown a piston rod at 70 hours and will require a new engine replacement. Just waiting to see what the other one does.
