Orange County California Superior Court Records show Laguna Beach Real Estate Agent Ray Mcafoose is guilty of theft, libel, slander and felony criminal conspiricy. Laguna Beach Police Officer Michael Short testified during the original investigation of Ray Mcafoose in the summer of 2011 Defendant Mcafoose never would return any phone calls. When Officer Short went to his home he was told Mcafoose was in Europe on vacation and could not be contcted. The Laguna Beach Police then went to Mcafoose's office at Coldwell Banker and were told he was in the hospital in the ICU and could not be reached.
For almost 3 years Ray Mcafoose has refused to speak with police about the crimes for wich he is accused. Mcafoose is named in SCOT, STATE of California, County of Orange Case No.37-2011-00513640 as a defendant along with Scott Macdonald, Noel Johnson, Judy field and Nate Foster all of Laguna Beach.It is rumored but can not be confirmed additional defendants will be named including THE LAGUNA BEACH BOARD of REAL ESTATE. THERE IS NOW A $100,000.00 REWARD LEADING TO THE ARREST AND CONVICTION OF ANY FURTHER DEFENDANTS FOR THE FELONY CONSPIRICY OR OTHER CHARGES.
