The nature of our service is to provide you with links that may enable you to obtain any particular results you are searching for. We also clearly state on our order site in the Terms & Conditions that you agreed to in order to proceed with your purchase that we cannot guarantee that all records are accurate or available in our databases. If you try searching with the Live Search feature and a match or records were not found this does not necessarily mean a match or records are not available within the service. When we search our databases as well as multiple resource links PRIOR to any client ordering, we are looking for "Positive Matches" but not exact matches. For example, you may do a search prior to ordering for "Joe Smith" and our service will find 250 Joe Smith's in our database -- but we do not know for certain whether the Joe Smith YOU are looking for is one of these 250! So, our service returns a "Positive Match" code. Since we do not know exactly what it is you are looking for, ANY exact or partial matches to your initial search criteria will come back as "Positive Match". Regarding the cancellation we offer many ways to cancel your membership, there is no way you were charged $39.95 after three days because we allow an extra 3 days before we charge this fee so in essence you have a total of 6 days to cancel your membership which was not done within the 3 day trial period or even the additional 3 day grace period that is when you were charged the $39.95. We offer a very easy way to cancel via the web site but also include this information on the receipt that is sent out after each purchase.
