As previously stated, my home was paintballed. I have my suspicions of who committed this act of vandalism but i cannot prove this. The headline for this addition reads, "extorionists, blackmailers". I am not accusing R&B Homebuilders of either as these are both crimes. In using these words my intention was to inform people that before escrow closed on my home the price was raised by $10,000. R&B knew I was only approved for a loan for a certain amount yet they raised the price anyway. My choice of words may have been incorrect but you get my meaning and how I feel. How would you feel given these circumstances?

Shortly after placing a 8 foot by 4 foot sign in my front yard informing potential victims of R&B's practices an assault occurred on my new home. A paintball gun was used and my home was struck over fifty times with a window being broken. Was this a random act of vandalism I don't think so because no other homes in the area were hit. Apparently my sign has struck a nerve. I also learned from other homeowners that bought homes from R&B of the following. R&B likes to threaten their victims that they will just sell there home to someone else anytime complaints are made during construction. Also they will not do a final walkthrough and they do not clean the house properly before you move in. Lastly, there are some outstanding minor repairs that R&B has failed to make on some of there other homes. Think twice before building with R&B, talk to other homeowners who have built with R&B.
