RBS of South Florida L.L.C. If they want to make money, then they should just act like professionals and deliver what they promise, in-stead they act worst than a used car salesman and telemarketer. Kissimmee, Florida
Was very unprofessional. Cursed at our employees and threatening them. Slandered employee in front of his employer. Said that they needed into the system that continued to crash due to poor computers that send you because the memory is corrupt, just like them.
They tell you to turn off the monitor so they can fix it once you give them an access code. Don't do it. They think they can lock you out by changing the Administrator password. They curse you out and laugh at you, thinking that you just fell off the turn-pit truck. They even admit that the system has now been password protected. Well, they think that can stop someone with training received from the Gov. .
What I do have are a very particular set of skills; skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a alert for scam artist like them. I was back into the system within minutes of their childish stunt without them even knowing it. Making money.

If they can't fix the crashes, then how do they think someone would be stupid enough to pay them. Just send their sorry equipment back to them and find a better, honest company to deal with.
If you are looking for a Point Of Sale System, then stay away from these people. They change their name so many times, like "ILovePOS" and others....running like little girls from law suits. They promise 24/7 technical support, but they don't deliver. They hire independent computer techs for hardly nothing that work from their homes and pay other independent computer techs to come to your place of business and they get paid a slaves salary.
If you are an independent computer tech, don't take a job with them. They will ruin your reputation. POS Software Companies should have nothing to do with them or any credit card company. They have to ask them how to set up the program because they seem to never get it right. What a joke.
