RCA Thomson Multimedia Thomson RCA has sent me 3 Defective Televisions Indianapolis Indiana
I purchased a 32" RCA LCD HDTV from Walmart for approx. $900. (will Never buy a televison from Walmart again - learned my lesson) The TV shut off one day after a few month's use and never turned back on. I contacted Thomson RCA and Walmart several times. Walmart wanted nothing to do with it as it was past 90 days from the original purchase. Finally got the information to send defective TV back to Thomson RCA and waited about 3 weeks for replacement TV.
Received "re-furbished" replacement TV. The picture quality was fine but the speakers were blown out on the right side. The sound was all distorted. Contacted Thomson RCA again and arranged to send back the defective TV and again waited for a replacement.
A third TV arrived (different model than originally purchased) and this TV did not work at all. The power indicater was in red when plugged in but the TV never came on - no sound no picture, nothing. I have again contacted Thomsom RCA and am getting the same run around.
