bought a RCA tv back in 12/2008 model # L45w22 Serial # 8054E1885. So within a
year this tv went out . I was told that the main board is bad and needs to be
fixed or replaced. I called the warn tee number on the back off all my records
on 11/15 it takes mee approximately 45 min. To talk to someone . So once I told
this lady my problem she asked me to try to trouble shoot my tv so I did and
nothing worked she gave me a different number again another 45 min. wait.Now I
get somebody new they told me that the 1st. lady never wrote down anything and
couldn't find my file so I had to go through the steps again.Now they give me
another number I had to fax in my original reciept and was told to call back but
in 5 hours so I did.so 45 min. later I talked to a rep they said can i trouble
shoot this tv again so I did AGAIN !! Thats when the tech told me I had to have
it repaired . I asked him how that works he then told me that its a 46" tv a
certified repair person would repair at my home. I said fine that works for me
he proceeded to tell me that someone will get back to me in a few days I said
ok.I called back spoke to a different rep to see maybe it would be a little
quicker to have me bring in it to there tech since I would be able to do that He
then proceeded to tell me they don't have a program where repair people come out
to my home. I said well what if I couldn't caryy my tv there they told me that
it was my problem. I then asked where is this repair person in my area he told
me that If I brought it there I would be charged for the repair that is still
under warnanty.I then asked ok what do I do. He told me it could take up tp 3
weeks before I was notified where I could take my tv. I said this is un
acceptable and I needed to talk to a supervisor. He then told me that one was
not there and I will be contacted by a supervisor in the next 48 hours.that was
11/21 and still no call back and its been 4 days.
