RCW Enterprises Randy Winn, Rip Off, Liar, Wimp, Bad Employer Greeley, Colorado
I worked for RCW for well over a year and that place is a scam. Randy Winn owns the company and hasn't a clue what his company does and is about as keyed into things as his first day trainees are. He employs everyone as contractors so he doesn't have to pay payroll taxes on his grunt workers and pays them poorly. If your paychecks are ever correct its an act of god - it just doesnt happen. Randy likes to fake reports so that you end up making less money then your contract shows you are suppose too and if you start making good money he changes your commission rate so you can't make any money.
Randy is about the weakest owner of a company you could ever meet. He sends his wife in whenever he has controversy because he's too weak to have a conversation with someone who works for him. Their company turn over rate is off the charts because they run their employees into the ground with work.
Unless you like working your a** off and not getting paid for it - avoid this company. You are better off begging on the streets than working for that scam artist.

you must not now randy very well.......once you get fired if you ask any questions or try two challenge him well he says he will call the cops or threatens you another way..... you cant talk two a tyrant
