RDM Corporation DBA MAZZIO'S No Security, extra work, no Insurance, bad tax work and maybe Racism Oklahoma City Oklahoma
I start working at this place when it was own by Mazzio's corporation but after february 2002 when a certain Don Maynard bought the store thing has changed, first he cancelled medical insurance, well we normally used to pay for the insurance from our salary but now we don't even have the right for it, two he made major changes in the store such as no garanties to the customer which made us lose a big number of our loyal customer who used to give us good tips(i used to work as a driver), more than that sometimes with some of his managers, he used to clock us 15-30 minutes before the time we left at, which is to me a theft. The owner of this store has manytimes said that we are like his slaves or treat us like animals, oblige us to do stuff that are not a part of our supposed to be job, and for that he always said that he pays us so we are supposed to do anything he ask for.
the second thing is the owner is racist, when ever a foreigner is working that poor guy is treated like S*%t and never given the same pay us others, and treatened by the owner, or making fun of them, he even compare them to animals, this is not the thing to do, we supposed to give a better image of our country.
two he treaten my friend before then he fired her without reason treating her of a thief, and drug dealer, this guy is an illiterate whom need someone to take care of him, and when i mean someone i mean the law, because P^%@gs like him need a lesson to serve as an example to others.
