readers choice promotion, I had a call about 3 weeks ago. they were literally talking at high speed. I was really interested in magazines, but they were talking so fast I freakin don't even know what i was agreeing too. next thing you know i get three letters, one was from them talking about i gotta pay $ 1,297.23 in total within 32 months. wth! the other 2 letter were from other companies talking about a trial and if i dont cancel there going to charge me within 15 days. i called right away and i canceled. but then readers choice award wouldn't let me cancel. they said i can cancel anytime if i dont feel that i dont want the magazines anymore. now there telling me i can't. they said i can pat $ 199 anytime to cancel. what happens if i dont pay anything at all? my bank notice that there were some companies that got my card number, so they canceled my card and sent me a new one. does anyone know if this can make my credit bad if i dont pay anything at all? do these people actually go that fair for a claim?
