Real Benefits association Claim was paid to the doctor in 2009. The doctor sent the check back and the insurance company has not sent to Arthur Compton as of 1/27/2015 vakinf Eisfw Texas

Doctor provided services on July 6, 2009. I have called over the past years to try and resolve this. The claim as for July 6, 2009 and was paid to Dr. Stephen Marcum in the amoount of $347.98. The check was received at the Dr's office on 3/15/2010 but returned to rBA on 4/5/10 because they had received a payment from another insurance.
I have sent the statements from the other insurance company showing out of pocket expenses totaling $609.38.
We were requesting the check be mailed to the insured but as of January 27, 2015 no payment and no one seems to be answering the phone.
Dr. Marcum's office has been notiried to turn the check over to us if it should appear.
As this was already paid by RBA once would like it to be taken care of.
