Real Deal Furniture & Mattress Scam Ripoff Horrible Customer Service San Diego, California
My wife called the Real Deal Furniture & Mattress and talked with Christina (manager) about buying two twin mattresses and Christina sold her on two Ortho Brand mattresses and when they got delivered we saw right away that they were not what we wanted nor were they what Christina said they were. We called the store back telling them how we were displeased with the mattresses and upset that they lied to us and would like our money back and Christian said that we can't have our money refunded. We called again and spoke with Christina and she again told us we are not going to get a refund. The next day we received a voice message from John (owner) who said he is going to side with Christina and not issue us a refund even though the mattresses are brand new and still in the plastic. We are very unhappy and upset that something so simple has turned into this

My complaint was handled in the most professional way imaginable and after stopping in Real Deal Furniture and meeting JD and Christina I would actually recommend anybody looking for household furnishings to please stop in there and meet the Real Deal family and check out the great inventory and prices they have.
It's not often that you have a problem with a company that get blown out of proportion and then gets handled in such a professional matter to you utmost satisfaction.
JD and Christina you guys are the best and I wish you nothing but the best!
