It is a common tactic of a scam artist to say that all the negative reports about him are just from naysayers jealous of his success, trying to ruin his reputation. Realtor Scamster Alex Quazi knows all the tricks in the book, doesn't he? Don't become a victim like the rest of us, you need Alex like you need a hole in the head. He's that criminal.

This place is not as they seem. They are also known as RealEstateStudy.ca same company. I made a deal with this company for course 2 and 3 paid cash and got no reciept either. I got the notes and a highlighted text book. After that got 7 1hr sessions for a review of each chapter. At the end I got a mock test as well. I did well on all the studying questions and reviews but after all this I still didn't feel comfortable doing the exam. I told this to my tutor, all he said was "look we went over all the chapters" and pointed out all the chapters in the text book. So even feeling uncomfortable I went along. I studied over a week for about 5-6 hours a day. I failed. I booked my test again and got little to no help to prepare for it, all I got was the same mock test I got the first time, and failed a second time. I got ignored and put aside even when the tutor knew I had failed and needed help. Seeing that I got no help to pass and was ignored, I asked for my money back I was told to contact the management dept by email as they don't have a number. I emailed and after 3 weeks (as it took over 1 week per response) I was then told "sorry no refunds"  I even told them that I have not even passed course 2 so course 3 cannot be done so I should at least get monies back for course 3 as no tutoring has been done. I got a repay saying "we only accept X amount of students each year. Once we have enough students for that month we don"t take any more students. Our seats are limited." All I have asked for is my money for course 3 back as no tutoring has been provided to me and all, seat is still open as I have not passed course 2. All I am getting is the run around and excuses from them to keep my money. Forget about the fact that I didn't get the proper tutoring they claim to give to pass. Being a real estate agent is also about being honest and fair with clients, clearly this company is not practicing what they preach. This company is not honest at all and are looking for quick money from students who work very hard for there money.  he is selling other tutors notes. 90% of the materials are not even his. He does not even know how to speak proper english how can he make his own notes.

He is teaching from his brokerage forcing people to sign a contract to join with his brokerage. (abdolreza khadem reza khadem riza from www.ontariorealestatetutor.ca.) His brokerage had only 22-25 agents in march 2010 and more than 130 agents now and growing only because of him (using hidden contract to helpless students). You can confirm this stats with reco about growth of his his brokerage. He is getting paid over atleast $500 + per agent from his brokerage by helping his brokerage to recruit. He teaches from brokerage  and this is another coverup for him to scam people.

He pretends that he has exam papers from orea (ontario real estate assosiation). This is a complete a lie. You can comfirm from orea that no one has exams paper. He is a fraud. If someone says he has exams paper he should be in jail.

He is posting false informations about other innocent tutors online and using his own false statements to scare students about other tutors. He is using " scare tactics" to innocent students, so he can have all the businss. What a sick cheap low life scam bag!!!!! He tried to use me to go after other tutors. I said no to this scam bag. I think other tutors are collecting all possible evidence against him to take legal action in court. He is scare of other tutors success and that is why he does every thing from behind.

He does not pay any attention to students. He lies that he teaches students the courses but he just sells old notes from other tutors pretends that he is giving you exam papers.

He has a police case against him for violating ontario compitition act and scamming people.
 
He is charging people cash all the time and so he does not have to pay the government (canadian revenue agency) any tax.
 
His english is extremly poor. Give him something to write to test infront of you, he would not be able to, guarantee. He lies that he has very strong educational background. Ask him for prove. I think he has barely complited his high school graduate. He might bring a fake certificate.
 
Students and other tutors are in process of taking legal action against this fraud. He thinks he is still in his back home country iran where may be law does not apply. He is very young and amateur. He needs to growup. He is ready to any thing to scam people for money. He is jeolous of other tutors success. He has no respect for people because no one have taught him.
 
I failed my course 3 times with this scammer. He never taught me any thing and never refunded my money. I went to different tutor and found out the notes he gave me was not even his.

His scam business depends on :
1. Lies (he has exam papers, he knows people from orea, he has high educational back ground, false orea transcript, he taught many students in his carrer etc)
 
2. By bad mouthing (put dirty and false statements about other innocent tutors and use it as scare tactics to innocent students, other tutors are new in this buseness, he is the most experienced one, other tutors were his students etc)
 
3. Teaching from brokerage (he is trying to make it look professional environment so it becomes easy for him to scam students and force students to sign a long contrat with his berokerage and make recruting money.
 
4. Busy spamming with false advertisement (he is more busy advertisement than teaching, you will find him every where) and more.....
Do not trust this guy! He is a scam scan scam and scam fraud fraud fraud!! This guy is a fraud scam mental and arrogent. He is ready to take even someones life for money. He talks very sweet. Do not be fool by his sweet talk, lies, bad mothing, false advertisement and teaching from brokerage tricks.

I am very saddened to see this posting as Alex is far from a fraud.  When I started with him I am not too motivated and he would text me to follow up every little while to see how I was doing with getting through the material.  Not only is Alex an excellent tutor but also has very good contacts in the industry to help launch your career. 
I am a current student and a huge fan of this tutoring service and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get through the courses with confidence. 

Do not trust this guy. He is a FRAUD! Once, he gets your money, you will never get service from him. He may act and talk like he is professional but really he is an IDIOT GUY. And the notes you will receive from him are HORRIBLE!!! So much errors and thiswill onlyscrewyour preparation toyourexam. I am also in the process of taking him to court. He needs to be stop before scamming more people!

These allegations are completely unfounded, and this person has cut and pasted these defamatory statements across various message boards on the web in an attempt to taint my name and ruin my reputation.

Everything this person(s) has stated is a lie. There is no evidence that supports any of the derogatory statements made. I am fully registered and treat all my clients appropriately; I have all documents and references to prove it.

As far as Im concerned this is serious defamation.
