REAL ESTATE EXPRESS what a waste of time and money Internet
I agree with other disappointed students. You get NO books, NO support and NO guidance. I spent countless hours studying numerous typos and now I am not even confident what I studied for Colorado is accurate. When I started this course I was able to see what test answers were accurate. SUDDENLY they changed their method of testing. Now I cannot see what I answered correctly and what I answered incorrectly. I was told my some very rude "so called manager" on email because obviously Debvbie is too busy to answer students, they changed their testing methods becauase they were not in compliance. In compliance with WHO? Ward Cleaver?? They did not even notify students of the change. They have some realtor here who is supposed to be your counseler. Jeanine Betton was so rude and was annoyed she had to called me. What a rude person!!!I have about a dozen+ family and friends in real estate, banking and title companies and they ALL thought this was NOT the way to learn. In fact, I have a very close friend in real estate, not to mention my sister, and 2 brother in laws, that some of the questions were just plain DUMB. I called DORA here is Colorao and spoke to the Dir. of Education for Colorado and I was informed schools can tell you what you had incorrect on tests. I was wondering why every time you proceed to a new chapter they made sure you signed off on not getting reimbursed. I am sure some hot shot lawyer told them to insert this because this school is NOT a school. They probably had to reinburse students constantly. I will be taking legal action and contacting my local news affilates, St. Lous and Denver BBB and maybe Dateline on ripoff companies, because Real Estate Express is a slow boat to nowhere. Express my***. Go to a real school and do not waste your money with this Mickey Mouse business "school".
