Real Property Management Michael Fisher owner, Michele Wright, Erika Martin Do not use had same problem as all the others Beaverton or in Utah, Oregon
Signed contract with them in October 2010 and they got a tenant in there in 2 weeks that really did not fit the profile for my townhome.... the guy paid late and did not pay his utilities, trashed the place and took off at the end of January. Michele and Erika did not use good judgment to rent my home and I have over eighty emails to show the company's incompetence. Plus I had things stored in my garage and they cannot find the key for it, the water heater is in there. Plain and outright incompetence and very unprofessional... I live in California and need to go up there to see the property and I'm afraid of what I will find.
