I bought Prospect Rocket automation software, also called Local Marketing Genius from David Sprague during a webinar that was hosted by GoMobile on January 11, 2017. GoMobile is a company I had done business with over the past several years which made me feel I could trust their endorsement of this product.

The webinar made us believe that this system was set up with emails, scripts and everything we need to start making money selling our own local business products. It was emphatically stated within the presentation that the set up was easy and almost done for you. You could use the system to sell any product or to sell products produced by David Sprague. Within a short time after buying the product for $697 with monthly fees of $99 beginning in 12 months, I found myself frustrated and confused with a system that failed miserably at delivering what it claimed - it was neither easy or almost done - it was designed to work best if you purchased all of David's other products and joined his pricey Mastermind. It was a selling machine for his products and lured unsuspecting buyers who had made a substantial investment to sell more of his products rather than your own.

Being a web developer and fairly technical, I assumed I would be able to figure this out with some support. I spent a whole day watching their videos and still was lost. I followed their steps for twillio integration which failed because they did not provide the most basic information about Twillio - a major technology within their system. Their explanation of two types of emails was very unclear. They talked about opt in emails but failed to explain that this was not from the bulk email carriers that most of us normally used. It took multiple support sessions to find out that most of what was confusing me was not available in my type of membership - that it was for mastermind members who were paying a lot more money to David Sprague.

Over a few months, i invested a great deal of time and work to try to make this product work for me. I had more questions than answers and was feeling that this type of lead generation system bordered on spam. It required you to cold call or send unsolicited emails in the hopes that some would respond and produce a higher quality lead. I knew that this automation system was not going to work for me. I was very dissatisfied and wanted to get my money back and end my relationship with this dishonest and unethical company.

Every time i requested a refund, they would respond with some attempt at support - mostly by answering my questions in a video which did not allow me to ask questions and clarify what I didn't understand. They refused to give me a refund and even tried to charge me more money to set the support I needed to understand and use the product.

Prospect Rocket was misrepresented in many ways. I feel that what they have borders on blackhat methods that smell of spam rather than attracting leads that are genuinely interested and looking for products and services.

I would highly advise any individual or company looking for online lead generation or digital products to sell to avoid David Sprague marketed as Local Marketing Genius or any of his products within his corporation Real Strategic Inc which is located in Florida.

When we did this promo its was a 1x special offer with over $3000 in bonus 

scripts, email sequences, and campaigns that each user could download and received instantly and

To STOP "Scammers" so we did not offer a long term refund after 30 days to stop

"scammers" from taking all the bonuses and then asking for a refund.

Unfortunaltely people like to buy, download bonuses and then  ask for refund. 

I'm not saying this person was trying to do that, I'm responding to the reason

that after 30 days we don't offer a refund, which is reasonable.

As for support, we have 6 FULL support people to answer questions and

we did over 52 LIVE trainings as part of the support ever single Friday for 1 year.

That means we do LIVE trainings, every single week to help our customers.

Its hard to understand how someone can say there was no support when we did

52 LIVE classes where we stayed for hours answering questions, and it looks like

this person never took the time to show up.

Its easy to blame others and software and not take responsibility for our own success.

Lastly CRM softare isn't push button, but we've done a great job in making it as easy

as possible to automate a businesse online marketing.

For the person that wrote this, we are happy to have a 1 on 1 conversation with you

to see what went wrong, how we can help you, and we can do our best to see if there's

some way to turn things around for you.


Retraction of Complaint for David Sprague and Real Strategic Inc.

Today on 4/19/2017 I received a phone call from David Sprague, the CEO of Real Strategic Inc who apologized for the poor support and all the problems I experienced by members of his company. He promised me a full refund and even offered to let me use the software for free for the remainer of the year. In addition, he offered to personally assist me to use Prospect Rocket the way it is intended where I could get some real value. He also told me that he had no knowledge of my complaints and multiple support tickets. He explained that he fired his support representative today because the support had been so mismanaged - they do not have a policy against refunds and he would have provided a refund had he been aware of my situation.

I believe that David Sprague and his company are honest, ethical and genuinely committed to giving value and helping their customers. Had this not been the case, he wouldn't have reached out to me personally to apologize and offer personal support. He took time to understand my frustrations and was very open to getting my feedback for making the user experience more user friendly for his product. After having this conversation, he even scheduled time to meet with me later today through skype to personally assist me with the software.

It is for these reasons that I wish to retract my complaint.
