Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I had no idea they were in it for the scam!  They were good.  Dave Burke sure was sweating a lot during and after the seminar and as he was "inducting" us poor unsuspecting attendees into his scam.  But, I couldn't see what was going on.  Sure, I had attended seminars in the past and had seen the performers sweating so I didn't think anything of it.  It all sounded good.  Then at the end they hit you with the price tag right before they finish up and right around the same time they start to play that song called "I got a feeling" by the Black Eyed Peas.  Even though we'd just finished being coerced into thinking we were all going to get help with paying our mortgages off within 7 to 10 years, you could feel the anxiety in the air... probably because of the price tag of $3497.

As Dave was passing out forms and running around like a chicken with his head cut off trying to get everybody signed up, I remember him distinctly saying something about that he had backup with him from one of his ex-pro football player friends he had working with him.  That was another red flag I, for some reason didn't pick up on until later.  I agreed to sign my life away for a grand total of $1750 that day which was around half of the total cost.  I had agreed to pick up the rest via monthly payments.  As we were finishing up and about to leave, a lady by the name of Brenda had answered a question asked by one of us kind of odd talking about, "you probably should have asked all your questions before signing the contract."  I think that might have officially been rad flag #3, but even though I had a gut feeling that I shouldn't have entered into this contract, I still couldn't see what was coming.  Even though I subconciously wanted to get out of it, I guess what blinded me was the prospect of being able to pay my mortgage off in a few years.

Anyways, I had about 3 coaching sessions over the course of about 2 months, in which nothing got resolved and then they just dropped out.  I called one of the many numbers being operated under (303-280-7284 ext.113, 712-432-0075, 877-731-6048, 877-674-3715, 303-457-8017, 877-572-1405) and managed to get another coaching session with a "so called" coach but when it came time, I did not receive a call for our session.  Then I received a call from the lady mentioned above named Brenda to let me know that the Real Talk Network had been sold to a company called the "Institute of Consumer Economics Education" and that all coaching sessions would be handled by them and that we would keep all the same coaches.  I asked her if Dave Burke was still around and she said yes, but that his sidekick business partner Erik Salle was no longer around.  After that call, I haven't been able to make contact with anybody again via email or telephone.  If you call most of the numbers you will get a message telling you that "all representatives are busy, your call is very important to us so stay on the line and we will be with you shortly", but nobody ever answers or "all circuits are busy, please try your call again later."

It wouldn't surprise me if they end up getting away with it.  I just want my money back!
