Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I signed up at $189.00 per month to receive a mailing list of consumers in pre-or foreclosure and rescue them by promoting a short sale.

The mailing list I received I was to mail out 100 letters 4 times a month (another $200.00 in postage) as those were consumers in pre foreclosure or notice of default.

The agreement included that I would have to close 3 transaction and have 5 others in the works before I received a small portion of my monthly 189.00 returned.

Keep in mind a average short sale transaction takes 4 to 8 months to complete, in 3 months of following their protocall of mailing 4 letters to 100 consumers per month, I never received one reply. No phone numbers were given.

Finally I researched their mailing list against other title reports available to us as realtors. Over 85% of mailing list consumers were not in pre foreclosure - or had a pre foreclosure 3 or 4 years back and rectified the action -

I finally proceeded to cancel my membership, after 4 phone calls, 5 emails starting april 2nd I was told that all of my emails were never received, no phone calls mentioned, and the last email they did receive from me was april 25th, therefore I had to pay for the whole month of April.  I send them proof of my emails, it too was ignored.

What their game plan is to collect as much money as possible from their members, give them the run around by advising them to call the wrong department or email the wrong department. Not only that, they are defrauding the lender or buyer - as they charge an extra fee of 1% commission to the buyer to purchase the property at a short sale and that 1% goes to Real Prompt.

They offer a training program - and that's is the initial down payment supposently. There is no training, it's all motivational talk showing you a video on how much money one of their inside people has made, with no proof.

I had questions after I signed up and called several times, never once was my call returned. From what I noticed from a prior report on your Site, I am not the first to report to you.

The repesentative of the company phoned me asap following the filing of this report.  While I do not agree with their business tactics - I am satisfied that they have returned and credited my account.

Thank you for assisting me - nobody likes to ruin someone's reputation and nobody likes to be used or swindled or as in this case - the company needs to be more forthright and honest with promoting their service and most of all with follow up.
