In March of 2015 I got numerous emails from Realtor.com advertising specials for lead generation. One day I called and asked about the service. The gentlemen on the phone was in another country, but was a good salesman. He assured me that I would get business from their leads, and signed me up for 2 zip codes. I thought I would give it a try for 1 month (the 2 zip codes in San Francisco run almost 400 per month). 1 month passed and I received a few lead from people who never answered their phone or email. I decided I wouldn't continue the service, and called to cancel. This is when I was introduced to "the realtor.com cancellation department". There really is NO cancellation department, instead they give you the run around for hours and you never get anywhere. After calling and failing, I've continued to be billed 400 per month for the last 4 months. I have not had a sale or quality lead from realtor.com. I called to cancel again just recently, and they said when I gave my credit card the first time it was an "implied contract" for 12 months. They say the only way to cancel it is to stop working in Real Estate and turn off my MLS ID.?!?!?! So I am currently trapped in a contract I didn't sign, and they only way for me to get out is to quit my profession. when I asked to see their policies I was told "they aren't for public disclosure". FRAUD!
