Realty Executives Experts Rips Off Agents and Clients Rancho Cucamonga, California
Know who you are dealing with. This company is owned by three people who also own Cucamonga Insurance, Parkfield Escrow, and PacWest Home Loans.
Owner 1: Badar Mansoor, steals commissions and clients from agents.
Owner 2: Julian Lopez, promises agents the world. Upon meeting with him to join this office he will promise you office leads and "state-of-the-art tools to help you". All leads generated by the office go to his wife, Leah Mitchell who has not been in the office for at least a year and still manages to "generate" so much business, convenient. He also scammed the IRS with a former company that he owned (car dealership).
Owner 3: Irfan Nazir, works mostly orginating home loans. Former husband of Jodie Lee Nazir (google Jodie Lee Nazir, Remax, arrested).
These three are a joke. They'll ask you to get pre-qualified with their lender (PacWest) and use their escrow (Parkfield), get a quote for Homeowner's Insurance (Cucamonga) and never inform you that this is all to make sure they make every penny off of your transaction.

First of all, it sounds like someone is very bitter about something that may have happened at their last job (its ok, it hapens). However, if you feel someone has ripped you off, why don't you take legal action and let the court decide whether you were actually "robbed" of your commissions before going to the extent of attacking someone's company and character. I believe one of the rules of posting on here is not to post "Rumors, speculation, or innuendo unless you have personal knowledge that your statements are true"
I would like to personally defend myself, since I was somehow brought into this. I am the "wife" who is supposedly handed all of the office leads. I have not taken any of the office leads because the owners feel it wouldn't be fair for me to participate in the program. That program was only recently started.
Obviously, you don't know your facts (again). I am doing well, thank you for noticing. 90% of my current listings are referrals from past clients or personal family/friends. The other 10% is from marketing that comes out of my own pocket. Should it matter to you how often I come in the office?
Realtors are independent contractors, how can you blame a company if you are not successful? The office simply provides you with the tools to help you be successful. If they have to hand you the clients too, then you are in the wrong business. If you spent less time complaining and more time working, you may be able to genereate more of your own business.
As far as personal information with the IRS, past businesses, etc...I am not even going to sink to your level. Do you think that these people would be running their businesses if they were scamming the IRS? I can not speak for the other owners because I do not even know the facts regarding their personal lives.
And yes, they do ask you to get prequalified with their lender and use their other businesses- who wouldn't? The ARE buisiness owners. Why does this upset you so much? I have worked at several real estate offices prior to this one and ALL OF THEM have asked that you support their other businessses. Its part of being a team player. You are not required to use/support them, only asked to. It sounds fair enough to me. Besides, they all do a GREAT job!
I am sorry you are so bitter and I hope you feel better having gotten this off your chest. I forgive you for what you have written and wish you the best of luck on any future endeavors.
