Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I never write reviews or reports online and I'm currently super busy at work but still wanted to take the time to alert you about this company's deceitful tactics. First, the actual service they are in business to offer is horrible. I tried in very good faith to navigate the website and extract information about the foreclosures they claim to have listed there to no avail.

I eas redirected to their website from Trulia and they make it look like you are still on Trulia and just viewing the listings there but need to sign up to see the photos for some of them, which is the first scam. Once you sign up for the free 7 day or whatever free period, they don't send you any confirmation email.

I signed up with the strong and absolute intention to immediately cancel. Not even within 7 days but right after seeing what the site has to offer, which is absolutely nothing. I wasn't able to see any further info on any foreclosure. But they make it so that you can't cancel. You don't even know the website address you just signed up on.

I tried retaking every step I initially took to get there in the place but simply couldn't find the site again. So I gave up and frankly forgot about them, which is what they're banking on, until I received a $50 charge on my credit card.

The he charge had their name next to it and that's the only way I was able to find them again.

Needless to say, I immediately cancelled my subscription then called for a refund and they are playing cat and mouse, which is the only way they intend to make money as, once again, their service is non existent. I mean in this day and age who needs to pay $50 a month to access realty listings when they are on the internet on legitimate realty websites or your agent can show you ant foreclosure you want to see.

Anyways, they are not refunding my money easily asking me to go to their website foeload a form, which is only asking me information they already have such as my bane address phone number and reason for canceling. Then you need to mail thia form, not email. Then whenever they receive it and review it youay or may not get your refund weeks later.

I sm hoing the route of a credit card dispute even though the representative I spoke with tried to tell me that it wouldn't work. I'm not gonna play their refund game. I'm too busy for that and it's just a game. I was in a similar situation just days prior with another company and they immediately refunded my money and the reverse charge appeared within 2 days of my calling their customer service. Realty Lies, which I choose to call them, can do the same thing but hope you get tired if the process and give up along the way.

I am not gonna get tired of anything I need to do expose horrible, deceitful, useless scammers like these, but not by playing their refund game. I will do anything else starting with disputing the charge. I'm also gonna look at other places to report them such as bbb. This sort of thing just angers me so much. Why do some people still think that you can make money easily and long term based on fraud? They just don't get that ethics benefit those who have it and not even potential customers.
