In regards to Ed H, as I recall you were my sales rep, which according to my records, you were employed with realtytrade much longer than a week. You personally left me messages for 2 months. When I answered your call in January you expressed to me you were with the company for 6 years??? I do not know any other sales rep. from this company but when I called in March for an update on my rental in which you personally told me there was so much activity on my account that I should have had several offers by now. As you instructed I continued to check my email to no avail.
In May of 2009, I received another call from you, however, the company name had changed. When I confronted you about my account with realtytrade you told me you opened your own company and for an additional 1,295.00 you would personally handle 2 rentals one for free. Believing in you Ed I joined, I wrote a letter like the realtytrade agreement states that if I didn't receive a reasonable offer for the rental I would receive a full refund. I did receive a full refund without any issue. The only liar here seems to be you Ed. I was promised rentals with you and your company, paid 1,295.00 and have not heard from you since. When I contacted the Attorney Generals office they told me you were shut down for fraudulent business practices. I guess since you were unsuccessful you want to bring others down. I personally wish I never met you in my eyes you are the biggest scam artist of them all. I am currently using realtytrade again and I rented 2 weeks at my Marriott property for $2,800.00 per week. When I explained my situation to the sales manager, Matt, he offered to rent three weeks for $200.00. Thanks to all at realtytrade for a job well done. Celebration fl satisfied consumer.
