Reborn Land Design John Gouse, Never finished job, changed prices after agreeing to a contract, did not show up to do work when he told me he would be there. Williamstown New Jersey
I hired John Gouse to landscape one of my commercial properties. I met with him and signed a contract for the work to be done for $1200. John Gouse of Reborn Land Design did not show up on the day he told me he would be starting the project. John Gouse never returned my phone calls regarding why he was not doing the work.
After one week of not showing up and not returning phone calls, John Gouse showed up to start the work on the date that he originally told me the work would be finished. I then was given a bill that was in the amount of $2436, for the work that was originally agreed to be done for $1200!
I made several attempts to contact Reborn Land Design regarding the difference of amount but never got a phone call returned. I paid the amount of $1200 and never heard back from John Gouse until he was looking to do more work for me. The bushes that were planted ended up being less than half the size of the original bushes that John Gouse told me he would be planting.
I did not make the same mistake twice of hiring John Gouse of Reborn Land Design. The agreed upon work was not finished. John Gouse did not return phone calls or start the project on the day he told me he would be starting. I encourage any one thinking of using Reborn Land Design to Rethink that decision.

ReBorn Land Design does not have any record of work for "Frank" in Williamstown. We have never proposed work, sent an invoice or billed any such person. Also, ReBorn does not do tree work, only landscaping/design.
