Rebtel Networks Suppose to be a cheap way to call international. But ti does not work. Internet
Signed up for cheap calls, but the service does not work. They even try their on-line customer support to try and make you think you made a mistake in all their exchange numbers. Asked for a refund, which they said they would do if I cancel my dispute with my funds provider, and that they would refund me. Well as soon as I cancel the dispute, they never got back to me, and keep my money.
If they ask you to cancel the dispute before they can resolve the problem, DO NOT CANCEL, as once you cancel you can not re-open the dispute, and they just disapper into no mans land.
I trusted them in what they said, burt it was all a deception.
I only lost $25, but it if they can do that to a few customers, it all adds up.
