Receivables Performance Management LLC Said I still owe money that I already paid Bothell Washington
This company keeps calling at all hours of the day and every day demanding that I pay $281.50 that I supposedly owed Resurgent Capitol Services. That was not the correct amount that I owed RCS it was more in the neighborhood of $450. RCS sold the loan to LVNV. Which I paid through a law firm and have evidence that the full amount was paid. However the second time I talked to RPM they tried to tell me that the amount I owed was because I took a settlement, and that the origional creditor, which was sears, is allowed to come after the full amount.
This is completly false and RPM didn't want to hear about the fact that I have evidence showing the full amount being paid, and that I never took a settlement. I tried several times to fax this information to the fax number they provided me, but it never went through.
I would love to take this company to court. They seem to have very shady practices.
