Records Area i have tried several different types of records to look up on my self and family and have gotten nowhere. i have sent and recieved several emails with this company the same info over and over. they asked for my info to place a refund and then the emails go back to the begining of why i want to cansel. I have looked up myself and family members on this site and get nowhere. So withing a few days i had requested a refund. they asked why i told them i was getting nowhere. then they said they would give me extra points or even look up the info i needed. i told them no i wanted a refund. then they asked for all of the info to give a refund. so i gave them all that info. then i get another email asking why. the emails go in a big circle and have been for over a month. i have kept all of the emails. what can i do. i bought the service and the extended service. i am out over $40
