Recreational Warehouse Spas - Catalina - Liars - Horrible Serivce - Rip-offs Corona California
Do not purchase a spa from Recreational Warehouse. Never heard from the Salesman again. CUSTOMER SATISFICATION SUCKS
Lie # 1. Promised a 6 week delivery. They never called to verify order. I had to call myself. No one ever returned my phone calls. The story was they are swamped. I really thought they took my money and ran with it. After 10 weeks the spa finally came. More crap to deal with
Lie # 2. We check the spa out ( in their store) so it is working before we drop it off. Do not by a spa unless they guarntee to set it up and it works. The spa has not been working correclty since it was dropped off. I am still waiting for their service man to come back and fix it. He did come down after waitng 3 weeks but guess what - he came unprepared. No parts with him - what kind of service is this. ANother 2 week wait!
Lie # 3. They do not show up on the day they say they are. I called an hour after the day they were suppose to be there and guess what - Oh he is busy with another customer and can't make it down. Well thanks for the phone call and letting me know. I had to take a 1/2 day from work just to get screwed again. Lies and cusotmer service sucks.
Lie # 4. Deliver a broken cover lift with spa. OK - does not seem that bad. Well if you looked on the box, written clearly on it was "Broken two right arms with a date stamp". Why would they want to dloever this to a customer - makes you wonderwhay type of customer service attitude they have. Take the money and run.
Lie # 5 Please have the owner call me. I will leave him the message and I am sure he will get back to you. STILL WAITING.
The only person that has some ethical bone to stand on is Arnie the service manager. I honestly do not know how he works for the company dealing with the lies of the rest of the company. He sems to have his hands full.
BUYER BEWARE - to not buy fromn this company. Unless of course you want horrible service, unfilled commitments and a lot of stress in dealing with a very expensive purchase. Take the money and run is their motto - Follow -up, cusomter care and quality service is not thier strengths. DO not buy from this company! If I only knew what I know now!!!!!!!!!!!
