Back in November 14 I took a bunch of items ranging from clothing to jewelry to be sold at the store. I told Cheryl Lesile - the owner - that I was leaving the country and my sisters would be handling things from there. I was told I would be kept informed as items got sold. Not true... I was only told of any sales when I followed up.  2 items were sold and I recieved the money.. I requested the other items to be returned and that's when the 'fun' began and is still ongoing  (July 15).

First I was told that my other items had been donated. When I kicked up a stink about this as there was nothing in the contract about donating unsold items - the stuff magically reappeared - although I'm I'm yet to get my hands on it.

My sisters and I have made many many attempts to retrieve the items, made numerous trips to the store - always leaving empty handed with a new excuse... Including denying the stuff was ever there despite me having the paperwork itemizing the items from Cherly Leslie

There are plenty of good consignment shops in Atalnta so please please do yourself a favor and avoid this one like the plague.

Ask yourself why would i go to this much trouble over consignment goods if this wasn't true. Ms. Leslies rebuttal is total frabrication. Ms Leslie has avoided myself and my sisters constantly.

I relocated to Central America in December 14 and advised at the time that my sisters would be handling the collection of money or unsold goods. The copy of the 'contract' that itemizes all the goods says nothing about 'donating' them after 90 days and adding to that - i was told they had been donated and then told she had them... so what is it - you've either donated or you haven't.

I was in Atlanta last month (June) with the intention of sorting this out. I arrived at the store at her shop assistant returned 14 of the items, when i contacted her about the remaining pieces I was told 'she didn't have time to deal with it'... its been ongoing since December. She has either kept the missing items, or pocketed the money - either way. It's theft!

During this prolongued episode i've had the phone put down on me, very rude text messages, shouted at over the phone and hours of time wasted. I was even told that i'm simply looking for drama ... No Ms. Lesile - I'm simply looking for my items, or my money.

This lady has no clue on running a customer based business.  I'm sharing my experience so other people do not get fooled by her.

sarita andrews, came to my shop to consign several pieces of unweighted sterling silver, there were loop earrings and rings 1 ann klein watch, in 2014, there were only 2 pieces of silver sold she was pd for these, after 30 days she was called to pick up her things, her sister would text and say she was coming to retrieve the items, and after 3 attempts of her not showing up or her showing after shops hours, we were now well into 4 months later, by this time we are into 2015 sarita start texting in Feburary, I would respond by asking her and her sister to stop texting and call because I run a business, fast forward we had a grand opening of another shop in april 2015 and no one had come or communicated, sarita started texting again in May I then informed her that her things had been donated out, but I would ck again to see if all the jewerly had been donated, sarita signed a contract,we have so much consignment that we cant store peoples things until they decide to retrive them, Sarita would send someone else to pickup her things, because she always said she was out of the country,she did retrieve her jewerly, she was asked by the salesperson when she picked up the jewerly we did find do you want to count and go thru it she said NO, she would ck once she gets home. 1 week later she texted and said she consigned 25 pieces she was paid for 2 and shes missing 9 I told her that based on the amount of time that had passed she was really lucky we found those she got back. I also told her after 20 threatening text messages, look we have boxes of jewerly and you are welcome to come to the shop and go thru it...she again as usual sent her sister to the shop on 7/11/2015 at 10:00am her sister said that sarita was in town earlier that week and she doesnt understand why sarita doesnt handle her own business, within 5 minutes of her sister looking thru the jewerly her husband called and her sister left and went home, without going thru the jewerly. I have made every attempt, considering the contract to rectify this situation and she refuses to understand that she didnt handle her own business.    I consigned before and this particular upsc

ale shop lost some very expensive things, and I didnt act a fool...they didnt even try and rectify my situation..but I have done everything to fix this.   BUT ALL OF THIS THAT SARITA ANDREWS HAS DONE WAS REALLY DOWN RIGHT MALICIOUS.
