In February of 2006 I explored and reseached some vending bussinesses online and stumbled accross Redbull vending machines. Redbull was a hot product and I instantly became interested in the business opportunity that Creative Concept of America presented. I left my information and was soon contacted by CCA's development manager Edward Erdody. A few days later I received a packet which contained everything one would need to know in order to start this Redbull vending bussiness opportunity. After reading all materials in the packet I was convinced it is a lucrative business opportunity. One reason was a letter of agreement contained in the packet from RedBull's Director Jim Murphy to CCA's Andrew Kennedy which states the relationship of Redbull and CCA. Another reason I was convinced was the references CCA provided. I called everyone on that list and received positive feedback regarding the Redbull Vending business venture. Also, I was promised to be 1 of 5 authorized Redbull vending operator in my county.

A month later I was able to attained an Equity Loan and went ahead with the purchased of 3 Redbull machines and 1000 can of Redbull for $14,105. I received these 3 machines about a month and a half later. CCA also referred me to some location companies. I went with Excel Locations Service and paid them $500. Everything looked good until the rep of Excel location was struggling to get me even one location. A month later with no locations for my machines I became less optimistic about the situation. I tried calling CCA for direction but was unable to get through. I found out that CCA was in trouble and everyone working there had cleaned out their office. I was devasted as I came to the realization that I am a victim of a scam.

I was fortunate enough to get rid of my machines but only for $1200 each.

In retrospect, I believe that Redbull should be held accountable for my losses since they were in agreement with CCA which is no longer in existence.

As an Employee how could i know about your problem unless you called me!

Ever one of My clients had my cell & Personal email

I never once heard from you.

when Creative Concepts began having Shipping issues, i simple left the company, resigned, everyone still had my cell #.

Maybe I was fooled too by the Constant Open Lines the company and I had available to RED BULL NORTH AMERICA.

i do not know of anyone that did not receive machines.

the company owed me money when they closed or moved overnight.

RED BULL GAVE all employees of Creative Concepts a vote of Confidence that they were behind the company 100%

This opportunity failed when RED BULL Distributors could not buy machines except from Creative Concepts-They revolted against Red Bull N.A.

Ed Erdody, Ed, You as an employee of Creative Concepts should come clean and offer a solution to this scam. You and your company are being investigated and the truth will come out. We use your name, cause it was you who sold the packages and continued to sell the packages knowing full well what was going on in the back ground. You and the company you worked for scammed millions of dollars from the small business owners who trusted Creative Concepts and Red Bull North America. Come clean Ed Erdody........

I am Ed Erdody I just was an employee of Creative Concepts of America for a short time. I know nothing about their shipping policies or their accounting policies. I was simply an order taker for Creative Concepts and Red Bull of North America. The machines were shipped from West Virginia and at no time recall any complaints or Concerns from any buyers who sent Money to Creative Concepts/Red Bull North America. To involve my name is totally wrong. Ed
