I would like to warn people about the Company RedSave. I purchased several things from them at Christmas and luckily received everything (others have not had any goods delivered at all). I did buy a digital photoframe though which has never worked and after many emails which were never replied to I have not been able to receive a refund on this frame so I lost about 40 and as it was a present it looked rather bad! The other key thing is the very very small print (I think they have now amended this to be clearer). You sign up for free membership for a month which you are suppose to cancel but I was absolutely not aware about this (it was very very small print and not made clear at all!!) subsequently several month's worth of "Membership" were taken out of my account. I was absolutely furious and asked for a refund but as technically they had done nothing wrong I am entitled to nothing. I also had to send a Cancellation Form by Recorded Delivery (again costing nearly 2) to stop this fee being taken out! I think this is a despicable way to treat customers and to me it is one big con. I have wrote very strongly to the Company but have still not been refunded any monies. Avoid this Company - buyer beware!
