Finally received an email from them...
HD Discounts21348 Alberta StOneida, TN 37841 This email/letter is intended to be used a legal document. HD Discounts which owns and operates redtagcellular.com is not going to be able to complete the order you have placed with us. Now this situation arose from a error with our merchant account that processes our credit cards for us. The account has been put on hold and a reserve was created; Now we do not have access to the system that processes incoming and outgoing transactions, nor does HD Discounts keep a copy or house and credit card information so it is making it hard to process a standard refund. Now we will submit a list to our merchant account with your order information, but a time frame is not clear on how quick a refund will be issued. So we here at HD Discounts recommend that you file a dispute with your Credit Card Company or card issuing financial institution to expedite the return of funds that have been place on hold with our merchant account. A full copy of this email/letter will sent off via the United States Post Service in the next few business days, But this email/letter can be printed out to supply proof of the dissolution to your financial institution as proof that we are not able to complete your order, or able to issue a standard refund.
