After receiving a call and hasseled into an appointment a salesman showed up at my door selling vacuum cleaners and air purifyers. I suffer from broncial Asthma so their product interest me. After the demonstrations I decieded to purchase the equipment, after I was guaranteed a low interest rate, payment not due for one year, 100% satisfaction guaranteed also it came with a life time replacement of all parts. To the sum of $3,300.

First I was left with broken used equipment. When I returned from a trip I contacted the company because I was still missing one purifyer and I did not want the broken used equipment. Also I told them that the vacuum and the purifyer were not working.

They came to my home and told me the filter they installed was installed wrong and that is why the vacuum did not work. I was told they would order me a new purifyer and give me the missing one.

Two more weeks went by, I Called again and the owner showed up with the two new air purifyers. I complained about the vacuum and he told me he would order a new part for the vacuum, he felt the one piece was not sufficient for the Italian tile floors but recommended I put in carpets?! At that point I asked him to take the equipment, I did not want them. I do not have carpets anywhere in my home.

I have not received that part. I called and complained again about the vacuum and another man came out. vacuumed the floor, went over one spot 3 times and after I pointed out the remaining dirt, he became angry and told me it was my problem. I told him to take the equipment that I was not satisfied and did not want them.

Then I received a statement from the credit card company with a 24.99% interest now due with late fees already attached. When I contacted them again, I was told they would resolve the problem and call me back. They have not called me back or resolve the interest rate.

I called the credit card company and they informed me that they do not have any programs of that type for clients. I called Redwood Tec again and told them what is going on and they said again they would look into it and call me. They have not.

Again I called and asked them to pick up the equipment that is not working and told me I now own the equipment and it is now my problem.

I was miss lead by the sales man. I was told I would receive my written guarantees when my equipment arrived and I never did. The accounts are still with a high interest rate and they have not returned any calls. The eqipment does not work. I never received any new parts and the filters have been installed by them!

I am not getting anywhere with them. I have written to the Credit Card company GE Money and have not heard back from them.

Hi there, I would suggest to call the F T C federal trade commision and file a report also call and file a complaint with the consumer complaint dept at sonoma county district attorney's office, just ask for consumer complaint dept.And B B C better buisness offices. The F T C phone # is (877) 382-4357 toll free. My mother lives in petaluma and just had some dealing with this outfit, I just filed a complaint with the F T C and you need to also these people need thier toes stepped on they do not even pay thier workers what they promise.
