Reed Construction Data LEADS - DO NOT USE EVER!
I, a small Omaha business owner, signed on to obtain leads at a price of $175 per month. I couldn't figure out how to use the website interface, so I did not use the service - at all. After approx 1 more or so, we asked the company to refund our money. Instead, they sent a barrage of threatening letters from an attorney - DEMANDING $1500 in full - right now. They bullied and badgered me on the telephone.

The customer willingly entered into a non-cancelable annual agreement, was emailed a receipt for the purchase with a copy of the terms and conditions, and logged into the service and agreed to the electronic terms and conditions that clearly states that the agreement is for an annual term. The customer is not eligible for cancellation prior to the end of the agreement on 3/31/14.
The customer was contacted by both the Customer Relations department and the Account Management team with Reed Construction Data to offer training and support for the service on several occasions. Additionally, the customer was emailed the product training schedule (the day after purchasing the service). The customer was unresponsive to Reed Construction Data’s offers of training for the service.
The customer is currently delinquent on payments and has not fulfilled their contractual financial obligation. Due to the delinquency of the account, collection efforts are being exercised as allowed within the terms and conditions of the agreement.
As always, REED is happy to provide product training at the customer’s convenience.
