Company claims to be an investment banking firm. They are not. They are loan brokers acting under the guise of being an investment banking firm as indicated on their website.
This is a mom and pop operation run by Justin Koslowski who uses the name Justin Campbell to hide his true identity, and has little or no experience in the field of investment banking.
Their corporate office at 308 Calle Miramar, Redondo Beach is in fact a single family home built in 1949. It contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
While the company claims to have years of experience it is a new comapny less than two years old, created in June 2016. Neither the company or any of its members are duly licensed with any regulatory banking authorites.
