Refinish By Design Wendy & Eddy Rosales They took a deposit and did not show up to do the work Phoenix AZ
We paid them a down payment for cabinet refinishing for one of our customers. They cashed the check and did not show up to do the work. They have been promising to return the money for months but have not. Now they do not answer the phone or text messages.
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING. They said they were licensed and are not. They are contracting without a license.
