 I am wriing because the Apartment known as SLUM Lrrd Beware is Regal Heights Apartment. If you starting over and your trying to get your life in order,Your better off paying more some where else. This place is a mouse trap from the beginning to the end with credit verification and lying about requirements only to get you to pay a high move in deposit. It is a place that has constanc water leaks only to get you to pay more on bill without usage. It is a place that allows illgeal eviction to take place violating any code of ethics. It is a place that many are to afraid to speak up only to violated like I was when I did. I was not going to continue to pay high water bills or over payments any more until he addressed the issues and he never did only to appear to be working for you . but yet a snake in disguise. I am hoping that some one who see this is a civil rights attorney all violation of Black female, sex discrimination. They only single out hard wirking women with no husband to over charge and mak ethem there prey. 404-671-0040. I have made every attempt to pay only to be denied 4 times. I even contacted the owner to make payment arrangements even though I was illegal evicted to keep all collection from happening. I want justice and will be seeking compensation for lost properties and pain and suffering $250,000 and I plan to use the facility and remodel the complex and use for a battered women shelter.

 in the state of Georgia this is an at will state just like the this was an illegal eviction and not s legitimate eviction. The landlord needed to go through proper channels and not take it upon him or herself to remove property unless ordered by the courts. I attempted to pay the courts who initiated mediation only to be told the amount was in error and when I got the money order for 798.00 .It was refused and raise for the amount of 1396 accruing court fees. What got us there was a discrepancy in a water bill that was my neighbor crossed lines. Not only am I suing for illegal eviction damages.etc. I'm taking possession of the apartment unit and forcing everyone to vacate firing staff and making it to a homeless shelter. Property value in getting assess now.

 But the legal system doesnt work that way. Your issue falls into the "Small Claims" catagory. Which means the max you can recieve is $5000. In order to get the amount you are suggesting, you need to show DAMAGES. An eviction is just an eviction. You are evicted due to NOT paying. If you were evicted then the base problem was yours. YOU DID NOT PAY. Now you SAY you tried to pay, but if proceedinghad already been put into motion, they COULDNT take your payment. In the end, its STILL their property. If they have you NOT paying then they are well within THEIR legal rights to have you removed from the property. Odds are your case will be tossed out as having no merit. Why? Because you were evicted and the courts will see your lawsuit for what it really is. Vengance on your part. Ok so you lost some STUFF!!! You will have to prove that the amount of your property was ABOVE $5000. And you cant look at NEW items and make up a price. You HAVE to look at the new price then depreciate the value by 50% due to NOT being new.

For the amount of money you are suggesting you would need to prove that you were damaged by the eviction and were damaged seriously. Such as beaten up ect.
