There's not enough customer information here to accurately respond to this case specifically. But based on what the customer said, the information she gave was nothing more than a malicious rant about her opinions of this company. The customer, I can say, did indeed receive her furniture in a timely manner based on the time-frame we're allowed to deliver furniture. We typically order furniture (unless it's in stock) which takes approximately two-six weeks to come in. The customer answered her own question though. We are still in business because we are a legitimate company that makes an effort to satisfy customers. We do not appreciate it when someone slanders and gives false information about our company on the internet.
