Morgan Mc Millan Vaughn is a known scammer who has been on this site several times. She is now running her "regency realty" scam GUARANTEED APPROVAL  home finding business . Thery waste your time and judge your situation when in fact all they do is shove your app to a million S***** houses that you don't choose. 

 

She is RUDE unproffessional and self entitled . She thinks she is BETTER than anyone and only gets ahead by scamming the realty sytem which is completely flawed. 

 

Her legal record is as long as they come and she is a nasty ugly person with no moral compass. 

 

She plasters her s*** ads all over Craigslist.  Stay away from this scamming a** low life common thief!

So Clearly you have a lot of time to be stalking this Nora person , up to your old tricks Morgan?

 

Who even goes on the dirty to "investigate " people? Funny how you feel the need to defend your trifling "business" yet your "record" speaks for itself. 

How many times are you gonna try to be legit and just end up making yourself look bad?

We always understood why Jayson left you. Clearly you make enemies wherever you go with your ugly attitude and self entitlement. You need a reality check, Your CRIMINAL record SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. And all yoru LIES from the past 15 years do to. 

 

You put some links on some Nora girl who was clearly harassed by another pyscho and think you know everything.  Seems your are using yoru "realtor" information illegaly no?

1. First of all, you paid our office nothing, not one cent.

3. I lost money. I paid my property manager to work on your application over the weekend to accomodate your seemingly dire situation. After approving you on 1 of 6 homes you expressed interest in (and giving my personal cell to call over the weekend), you ceased contact. To this day, you've only communicated with me via email.

4. We terminated our relationship after you ignored us for 24 hours (as per the terms and conditions you agreed to).

5. You rudely contacted me 48 hours after we approved you. Never thanked me for my time and efforts or acknowledged the approval. You let me know you found something on your own and didn't have to "jump through red tape and bull$%*& to get it" and "didn't have to pay any application fees." From there you launched a verbal assault, due to the fact that we closed your file. Despite the fact you did not pay any fees for our services and already found a home, you were oddly enraged at the fact that we would close your file.

6. You are not above the law. The lease process is not flawed because we pull credit, review income documentation... TREC requires Realtors to do our due dilligence.

7. I will not comment on the pending legalities or your lengthy background (although much of it is public record). As you know, you slipped through without being pre-screend. It only takes a few bad seeds to exhaust my partners and eventually lead to us shutting our doors. The type of clients we screen for may find a property on their own but they would still have the decency to appreciate our services.

There is a reason other Realtors ceased contact with you and charge application and admistration fees for their time. We are not running a charity. The money, resources, and time you stole from us is limited and could have gone to help those who wouldn't have abused the generosity.

Despite the additional workload and the fact that we work FREE of charge, we are proud of the 2nd chance we've given to hundreds of grateful families who would otherwise be left in extended stay housing.

I have no problem with any prospective client reading your remedial review of our services. I've worked with thousands of prospects over the past 15 years and luckily, most clients are not self entitled but I think what you meant to say is "Thank you".
