Quoted me 1487.00. paid a deposit of 487.00 and 60% off cost upon pick up. Made me sign blank forms threatened I would loose my deposit. End up costing 2897.00 and 8 boxes are missing. Had to rent a ttuck. pay people to load and unload the things Regions location, INC was suppoed to move. I've hired an attorney to sue this company because they ripped me off and lost or stole half of the things they packed and loaded on to thier truck. The owner communicates through text messages and you will never find the salesman who sold you the moving package. The owner also goes by multiple names and changes the name of his company multiple times. That information is from my attorney.
*One of the forms they had me sign requested 60% up front and the remaining at delivery. They told me I could only pay in cash. I insisted on proof of the $600 in cash I paid them And I received one of the blank forms I signed with the 60% cash payment. After packing ¼ of what they were supposed to pack exactly 198. cubic feet they then filled in the blank papers. On one page, they said they packed 398 cubic feet and on another they said they packed 697 cubic square feet. I was again threatened upon delivery that if I didn't pay $1756 in cash they would not deliver my things. The cost for delivery sould have been $400.00. The driver that delivered 198 cubic square feet of my things was alone and broke some items moving them by his self. He then wanted me to sign a form of the things he delivered and I refused because 6 boxes were missing from the list. He checked every item off saying it was delivered. A lot of my things are gone to include all of my power tools a large and very expensive printer and lots of personal items. I hired an attorney and I am taking them to court. I will never get my things back and warn everyone not to use this company. Oh, and the communication with the salesman isn't allowed. The owner communicates through text messages. The owner goes by more than one name. No response to emails. I will win in court because they actually made it look so obvious when they filled in the forms I signed that I was being ripped off. The truck that picked up my things was already ¾ of another family’s things. I have a list of the items that were supposed to be moved when I paid the deposit and the list of the items they delivered. It’s sad. My new husband is a contractor and measured everything coming off the truck when my things were delivered and we took pictures. I had to rent a truck and pick up the rest of the items and paid people to load and unload.*
