I have worked w/ Discover Card for one yr.... first of all you said you did change the account number yes? did you ever give the number to either company? if so you cant claim it as fraud...it has to have a disputes rep open a disputes case against them...if you didnt then you can claim it as fraud and go that route when you change your number EVERYTHING will transfer over but the company wont be able to charge any longer unless you give them the number... opening a disputes case is very hard to comprehend....you will see the orig chrg the temp cred we put on your account as good faith...then the credit they put thru w/ the chrg we put thru to take back our orig cred...which = 2 cred 2 charg = $0 how did this end up can you tell me?
