Back in 7/21/2000 I paid for their Investigators Kit 2000 $45.00. I could not use it since you needed a serial # & unlock key. On a page I printed out it say This is your serial# & unlock key then No Serial #'s left please contact the author. I could never get help & they even promised to send a disk in the mail, they never did. I have contacted them so many times & I am just ignored.
It's alittle confusing since they have Ga & Cal address's but the bottom line is I paid $45. for something I can't use. I even told them in my last email I was reporting them & still nothing. This is fraud & I want what I paid for or my money back!

I received a letter from BBB with their response. They keep referring to a "Vendor" but no name. Said it has almost 2yrs will not give refund. Meanwhile from the beginning I have been trying to get the info I need to open & use their program since they sent me something that sd no more serial#'s left. They totally ignored me so did their "vendor" whoever that is. I don't care how long it is if I paid for something & never could use it because of them I want my money back. I told them if they think I'm going away they're wrong, NOT ME!!!
