Regula Tuning Regula Tuning.de Regula Tuning sells body kits on Ebay. The kit they sold me for $689 was not shipped complete, it was missing everything but the front and rear covers. It was packaged very poorly, especially for international shipping. The rear bumper cover was broken in multiple places. They don't seem to care. I asked that they either take the kit back and give me a full refund, or send all the missing parts and credit for the repair cost of the broken/damaged parts. Seems quite fair. Seems quite fair. They want to do nothing.... They have not sent the missing parts, or made any offer to rectify the damaged parts. If I want to return it to them, it will cost me $180 to ship the garbage back to them. By the time they would get it back, the time would have expired for the claim. These guys are running a scam and they know it. Very cheap low quality parts and the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Highly recommend not waste your money with these guys. They ripped me off of $689. Don't let it happen to you.

You seem to have forgotten that there were a few other hands that had manhandled your package. You seem to convenently FORGET that there was a TON of ppl handeling your product AFTER it left the seller. This is a VERY COMMON mistake that the American Consumers tend to make. YOU think its just a 2 party transaction. But the REALITY is that a lot of hands touched AND damaged your product before you ever see it. You have a right to complain but do the web a favor and complain about the RIGHT ppl screwing you over. For Gods sake!! I cant belive ppl like you STILL exist.
You NEED to take this up with the shipper. Im 100% sure that your package was damaged IN TRANSIT!!! The seller IS NOT going to either give you roughly $700 in a refund neither are they going to send you part and pieces. When it left THEM it was 100% packaged. HOW can I know this you might ask?? Simple, if a package is NOT correctly put together a package service driver WILL NOT TAKE IT!!! THEY do not want to be the ones paying for someone elses mistakes. So they deny the package. I have had it happen to me about 5-6 times where there wasnt enough tape or protectionin/on the product and the driver tell you to fix it and they will be back.
Your package was damaged by the delivery companies invloved with getting it from point A to point B. Stop trying to milk a INNOCENT party. Thats tacky and sleezy. Then you post a FALSE report about them. So on top of YOU trying to SCAM them for either a refund or more parts, you compound your stupidity by makeing a false report in a attempt to blackmail them. Point the blame at the company that deserves it.
