Reimage.com Told me that some pc's will crash and die. Internet
I found reimageplus.com on the internet and thought the program would clean my computer. After down loading the program and paying 41.99 for the program, the program said it needed to go into Safe Mode. I said continue. I called the 888 number and talked to the support guy and he said that some computers go down after installation. He tried several different options with me to get my computer back...no luck. He basically indicated there was nothing he could do (after checking his database). I called Microsoft and they said to take my computer to the Geek Squad and see if they could get into my computer. No such luck from the Squad. I ended up having to purchase a new laptop and having the documents (or at least all that they could bring over to the new computer). It cost me almost $1000 to correct what this program destroyed. I was able to get my money back from the company. Or at least I have an email telling me that it got fixed.
