I received this product on March 24, 2015 and their policy says that I supposed to call in fourteen days to confirm my order if I feel satisfied with the product. From March 24 to April 06 is 9 business days, no fourteen if I count including weekends and holydays is twelve days today, how it is possible that this company charged your credit card without any call from you to hear if the product is right? This is very irresponsible from their side, this company is blowing away potential customers with this kind of abusive treatment. They MUST allow the customer to certify if they want the product or not. I am still tried to call them in order to clarify things,but the result is negative or they just do not answer the phone anymore. I have two phone numbers and I can't hold them 1888 447 6613 and 1888 960 3123. DO NOT TRUST FREE TRAILS , THEY GET YOU WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD.THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE TIME TO QUALIFIED THEIR PRODUCT THEY JUST WANT TO GET YOR DATA IN THEIR DATABASE AND WITHDRAW MONEY FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD MONTLY.
