So I bought a car from them and the first thing that jumped out at me is that the advertised price wasn't the sale price.  The excuse was that the advertised price was a cash purchase price not a financed price.  Okay, but they claimed to do a 100+ point inspection and said that they stand by all of their vehicles if anything goes wrong.  The 2nd day we had it the vehicle overheats.  I pop the hood and there was no coolant or windshield washer fluid.  Shouldn't that be part of the inspection?  I put antifreeze in it and took it for an oil change which the mechanic told me that it was dirty oil.  So from their 100 point inspection it didn't include an oil change or checking the fluids.  The next day(day 3) the engine light comes on so I take it back to the dealership and their mechanics unplug the battery cables and let it sit for 10 minutes and then said it was fine.  I knew that was a lie as that just resets the computer and is meant to get someone to go away.  The following day(day 4) the engine light comes back on.  I take it to Volkswagen and 2 of the spark plug cylinoids need to be replaced, all 4 of the spark plugs and the wires ($980).  The water pump had a major leak ($1050), carbon build up ($380) and an oil leak($150) and the dealership told me that all of these things were showing on the car's computer prior to me purchasing the vehicle.  No one buy a car from Reliable Auto Sales as they will lie cheat and steal to make the sale.  I had asked the salesman if the required maintenance had been done and he told me yes.  The Volkswagen dealership told me that no it hadn't so that was another $900.  I am so sick of these dealerships that can lie and there are no consequences so take my advice.  Do not buy a car from them.  It's a great car now that we spent an extra $3500 above the sale price.

if you got an issue that you want resolved you need to post your name and you need to post the date of purchase and you need to post the vehicle that you're talking about.   I'm sure in your contract there is a deal number.

If you feel that you have legitimate issues then post your name post the car that you're talking about help the dealership understand who you are and what you bought and what your issues are.
